Heuristic Evaluation Report for OASA Telematics

theUXProdigy asked for an evaluation report in which we had to select two tasks to perform on the app. The goal was to identify the issues users faced while completing these tasks and analyze them against established usability heuristics. From these findings, we developed recommendations for improvement and assessed the potential impact each change could have on the overall user experience.
