The Advertising and Public Relations Lab (ADandPRLab) is an academic, experiential workshop at Panteion University's Department of Communication, Media and Culture, operating since 1993. It focuses on training students in advertising, public relations, strategic design, creativity, and digital media through collaborative projects and industry partnerships.

Consumer & Market Research
Taught by Konstantinos Ioannidis, ADandPRLab alumnus and Cluster Head of Data, Insights & Analytics, South‑East Europe at Philip Morris International, this module offered a deep dive into how data drives strategic communication. Through real‑world case studies and hands‑on exercises, we learned how to design research frameworks, interpret consumer insights, and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies.
UX & Mobile app design

Led by professor Stavros Kaperonis, alongside guests like Antonis Birbas and Panagiotis Zaharias, Founders of The UXProdigy, and Magy Kontou, Co‑Founder at Simple Apps, this module introduced us to the foundations of User Experience (UX) and mobile interface design. We explored how design thinking shapes digital products, learned to apply usability heuristics, and practiced building interactive prototypes using Figma. towards success in the digital landscape.

Advertising and Marketing Module Guided by Diana Birba, Senior Marketing Director Europe at The Coca‑Cola Company, Mark Aris, Founder of 4 Wise Monkeys, and Lina Bakalexi, Founder of Linear, this module explored the creative and strategic dimensions of modern advertising and brand communication.
Podcast Production
Taught by Panagiotis Menegos, Columnist and Writer‑at‑Large at 24MEDIA Digital Media Group and Kelly Kiki, Data Editor at iMEdD, this module immersed us in the creative and technical world of podcast production. We explored how storytelling, sound design, and audience insight combine to craft compelling audio narratives.
Strategic Design
Led by Lina Kiriakou, Founder of Dollphin, and Gerasimos Katevatis, Managing Director & Brand Consultant at Roger, this module focused on the intersection of design thinking, branding, and strategic communication. We explored how visual identity and creative direction align with business goals to build meaningful brand experiences.
Start-up Entrepreneurship
Taught by Thalis Laspias, Group Strategy Execution Lead at Hellas Direct, and Eleni Aktypi, Managing Director at WE LEAD, this module explored the mindset and methodology behind building and scaling innovative ventures. We learned how to transform ideas into viable business models, apply OKR frameworks for goal alignment, and navigate the challenges of early‑stage growth.
Social Media
Led by Nikos Paschalidis, Group Digital Account Director at Ogilvy Greece, and Manos Perakakis, Co‑Founder at Mentionlytics, together with many young talents from Ogilvy, this module offered a dynamic exploration of social media strategy and digital communication. We learned how brands build authentic connections online through storytelling, analytics, and creative content.
Media Publishing
Taught by Christos Chatziioannou, Director of Brand Experience & Marketing at 24MEDIA Digital Media Group, this module offered an in‑depth look at the evolving landscape of media publishing and content strategy. We explored how native content, audience analytics, and brand storytelling intersect to create impactful digital experiences.
Brand & Corporate PR

With Rania Chartofylaka, Head of Corporate Communications at CrediaBank, Harris Tsitouras, Business Unit Director & Head of Corporate PR at Ogilvy, and George Anthoulakis, Director of Communications at Microsoft, this module offered a comprehensive look into the world of corporate communication, reputation management, and strategic PR. We explored how organizations build trust, manage stakeholder relationships, and communicate with clarity and consistency-especially in fast‑moving or high‑stakes environments.
Copywriting & Creative Thinking
Led by Giannis Sorotos, Creative Director at The Newtons Laboratory, and Eric Parks, Partner at Velocity.Partners Venture Capital, this module explored the art and strategy behind impactful communication. We learned how creative thinking fuels brand storytelling and how copywriting transforms ideas into emotionally resonant messages. The sessions emphasized originality, clarity, and purpose- showing how creativity and strategic insight work together to craft content that inspires action and builds lasting brand value.
