We suggested “Uber Events”, a service designed to provide reliable, group‑based transport to and from major festivals and significant events in London. Uber Events is tailored to match each event’s start and end times, guaranteeing punctual travel and efficient rides for groups of 6-8 passengers.

Uber challenged us to design a new product launch scenario and pair it with a location. The next step was to deep dive into the concept, explaining why the proposal would bring value to the company, how it would operate, and which additional departments should be involved from the start, with at least two justified choices. Based on this analysis, we were required to create a presentation and draft a complete RAPID document, incorporating the sample sections provided as well as the new ones we identified, and adding any other sections necessary to make the proposal comprehensive.
